Stock & Ship model
For quick deliveries, you can pre-stock the goods with Tolexo warehouse and we manage the complete task of picking, packing and shipping, when an order is received.
Shipping by Tolexo
You pack the product as per our guidelines and Tolexo’s shipping partner picks the package from your warehouse and delivers it to the customer.

How do I register as a seller?
Register to receive the Seller Registration Form (SRF) via email, and get verified as a seller. Alternatively, contact our representatives at our help line number and they will help you with registration and listing your products with Tolexo.com. You will get access to the Merchant Dashboard to update Inventory as well as track orders and shipping status.
Can I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your registration anytime you want by writing to us at email@example.com or contact us at our help line number.
How do I list my products?
You can get in touch with our business development representatives who will support you in product listing. Please speak with our representatives at our help line number.
Can I sell my products in India only or outside India too?
You can sell products in India only. Currently, Tolexo does not have a provision to sell outside India.
Do I need to have a website to start selling on Tolexo?
No. You just need to register as a seller with Tolexo and list your products to start selling.
If customer buys my product through Tolexo, will customer know that he or she is purchasing from me on Tolexo?
Yes. We mention the seller’s name on product detail pages and the invoice too will carry your name as the seller.
How can I manage my orders?
We have a user-friendly dashboard available for you to manage your orders, products & inventory once you are registered as a seller.
What are the charges for selling on Tolexo?
Registration and listing of your products on Tolexo is absolutely free. We charge you when you get an order and the payment is received from customer. Please see the Pricing section. For more details, please speak with our representative at our help line number.
How do I get payments from Tolexo?
Payment for all successful orders would be transferred to your bank account as per the payment cycle:
- 1st to 7th day: 17th of same month
- 8th to 15th day: 25th of same month
- 16th to 23rd day: 3rd of next month
- 24th to 31st day: 11th of next month
How do you handle returns from customers?
Tolexo is responsible for handling returns from the customer. Please refer to the Cancellation & Returns Policy section for more information.
Can customer provide feedback and why is it important for me?
Customers can leave feedback on product and sellers both. While shopping online, customers tend to buy products from sellers having high rating and positive feedback. It is one of the most important parameters that influence customer's decision.
